Convertex company does, which specializes in the supply of elastic fabrics for creating clothes for dancing, entertainment, sports and swimming. On a software basis, with the help of its own RR Collection line, Convertex also produces printed stretch fabrics for creating underwear.
Convertex company was founded in 1997, today it exports Italian-made elastic fabrics to 50 countries. The volume of fabric output can be any: the production area is 600 sq. m. meters, which includes warehouses and several printing/dyeing factories.
Convertex creates its own collections – carries out the personalization of printing, lamination, gluing of stretch fabrics. Convertex fabrics fully comply with environmental requirements for safe use in contact with skin, therefore, the company's products are in demand among manufacturers of women's clothing, children's clothing, underwear, sportswear, theatrical costumes, costumes for figure skating and rhythmic gymnastics, swimwear, costumes for the film industry.
The company operates in several directions: among its clients, in addition to well–known manufacturers of clothing and underwear, there are also theaters, including opera houses, all over the world - more than 700 in total.
The company has been known in Russia for several years. In 2024, the company plans to participate in seven events, three of which will be held in Moscow and four in the United States. At the exhibition "INTERFABRIC-2024.Spring" Convertex intends to present its collection of elastic fabrics for clothing, entertainment, dancing, sports, as well as a collection of elastic fabrics RR designed for underwear. "We are glad to take part in the INTERFABRIC exhibition also because, yes, we are Italians on the outside, but also Russians on the inside," the company noted.
