III International Exhibition of Fabrics and Textile Materials INTERFABRIC-2017.Autumn will be held at the
Expocentre Fairgrounds (
Pavilion 7, halls 1 and 2), organized by the
Russian Union of Entrepreneurs of Textile and Light Industry with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
This time the
INTERFABRIC exhibition has grown by 20%. More than 100 companies of manufacturers and suppliers of fabrics, knitted fabrics, lace, yarn, accessories from 15 countries of the world will demonstrate their products.
The exposition of the INTERFABRIC exhibition will be presented by the leading Russian companies: Vologda Textile Mill, Verona, Krasnye Tkachi, KOTMARKOT, Mekh Oretex, Mirteks, PAN tkan, Sverdlovsk worsted wool mill, Union of Textile Companies, Thermopol, Shuiskiye Sitsy Cotton Plant and others.

For the first time in Russia, within the framework of the III International exhibition of fabrics and textile materials INTERFABRIC-2017.Autumn the
Textile Expert Forum will be organized, a zone in which each of the companies will have an opportunity to show the best samples of their new collection. The goal of the forum is to enable visitors to see the general direction of the autumn-winter season 2018 \ 19. It is a concentrate of trends, key areas and key topics needed to create and develop a collection of clothing.
Materials presented on the forum will help visitors to quickly find the fabric they are interested in, as each sample will show the name and stand of the company.
INTERFABRIC AWARD will be the result of the forum, formed by the choice of a professional jury, which will choose the four best samples presented at the forum.
On
August 28, at 13:00 during the opening ceremony of the exhibition the four companies-participants who presented the best fabric samples at the trend-forum will be awarded. The jury in its choice will take into account the quality of the fabric that consumers are interested in this season: originality in terms of decoration, finish processing, innovations in technology, and fabrics with unusual tactile qualities and the ability of the fabric to transmit and evoke emotions.
Within the framework of the INTERFABRIC exhibition, the Russian Union of Entrepreneurs of Textile and Light Industry is holding a workshop for participants in the light industry to raise the competitiveness of Russian products. An important task of the event is to provide equal opportunities for industry representatives to the necessary information and best practices for improving the business processes of the organization and effective communication within the industry.
Active and leading market participants, successful brands and manufacturers, experts, leaders of leading industry enterprises, sectoral public organizations, and the media will be involved in the business program.
August 30, 2017 – the second trade and purchasing session (TPS) ‘Light Industry – to the network!’ will take place with the participation of the largest retail chains and manufacturers of domestic light industry.
