Shirting fabrics from family company Beyhan Tekstil

Beyhan Textile has been setting the standards for casual shirting fabrics, a position supported by its production of supreme quality cloth made from natural fibers such as cottons, linens, bambu, also with the use of cellulosic fibers; viscose, modals, tencels and in some cases their blends with polyester and polyamide. The process of weaving, dyeing and finishing is entirely carried out in Bursa, Turkey.

Beyhan Textile started manufacturing shirting fabrics in 1995 but its roots in the fabric industry go back to 1978 with the Beyhan family’s textile activity as an importerwholesaler. Experience gained through out the years have been reflected over the manufacturing mill with technical know-how and creative skills developed in time. The factory is still overseen by the founder Mehmet Ali Beyhan and run by his two sons Huseyin and Murat Beyhan.

The company has commercial relations with important international retail, sportswear and high street brands. Invested recently in design and technology the company configured its structure to increase its global presence with regular capsule developments, quick sampling service and reliable deliveries. The company annually produces around 4 million l/meters over 80 dobby looms ensuring superior quality fabrics.

Collections and monthly capsules are developed by constant analyses of the upcoming trends and combining them with customer intuitions and demands, two highly qualified design teams work in coordination in Prato and Bursa. The factory has re-structured itself according to the global consumer and environmental needs in which certain new procedures have to be observed and applied. In this respect Beyhan Textile factory has developed the processes’ required for the registration of ecological and industrial patents.

The factory is certified to produce according to Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS) for cotton contents, according to Organic Content Standards (OCS 100) for various blend contents with organic material and according to Global Recycled Standard 4.0 (GRS) which provides verification of recycled materials and track the material though to the final product.
