The South Korean textile industry has achieved phenomenal successes both domestically and globally in record time —within the past 15 years — thanks to direct and indirect support from the state and the timely response of the business to solvent demand trends within the country and abroad.
We can say that the “range” of such successes is an ever wider range of textile and light industry products, the demand for which is growing in the Russian market. Among the most sought-after goods of South Korean light industry there are fabrics that are increasingly diverse in terms of raw material composition, final intended use and possessing high quality parameters.
Accordingly, manufacturers and traders from South Korea are actively participating in the Interfabric international exhibition. Including the trading company ARTiTEKS, which has been supplying the Russian market for more than 10 years, and in growing volumes, various types of fabrics of South Korean production.
Over the past years, the company has become a reliable partner for dozens of Russian manufacturers of outerwear. Since 2014, ARTiTEX has become the official representative of the KFM company (Kolon Fashion Materials), established in 1954, one of the largest South Korean manufacturers of functional fabrics. These products, due to their quality characteristics and reasonable prices, are also popular in Russia.
In collaboration with 9 research laboratories, KFM developed and introduced a series of unique samples of innovative types of fabrics, including synthetic ones, due to the presence of a full production cycle of these products equipped with modern equipment.
The assortment of KFM fabrics supplied by ARTiTEX includes woven and non-woven fabrics of various colors and densities made of polyester and polyamide, knitted fabrics, fleece, fabrics with a membrane coating, made of heavy-duty fibers, mixed and duplicated, jackets, raincoats and many other types of the mentioned range, most resistant to the external environment conditions and with long service life.
