March 18-20, 2020 at the central exhibition venue in Moscow – Expocentre Fairgrounds Pavilion 1, the 8th International Exhibition of Fabrics and Textile Materials ‘INTERFABRIC-2020.Spring’ will be held.
The organizer of the exhibition is the Russian Union of Entrepreneurs of Textile and Light Industry (SOUZLEGPROM) with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
The spring INTERFABRIC exhibition will traditionally be held as part of the Russian Textile Week – 2020, the main industry congress and exhibition event for the textile and light industry. The forum’s work program is a key venue for business meetings between industry, trade, media and government representatives to develop joint decisions on the development of the industry, expansion of production, and the establishment of the domestic textile and light industry market.
The INTERFABRIC exhibition is by far the largest specialized exhibition in Russia and the CIS countries, which is an authoritative international platform for demonstrating modern high-quality collections of fabrics and textile materials.
The exhibition features over 320 brands, including the latest trends in textile design, textile materials and fabrics from more than 20 countries. The conceptual center of the exhibition is the TREND ZONE. Organizers of the event: SOUZLEGPROM and Solstudio Textile Design. The trend zone is formed using textile materials provided by exhibiting companies. The exposition presents the best fabric samples from new collections in categories that reflect the main technological and creative processes in the pr
oduction of fabric: structure, surface, decoration, and drawing of the fabric. The general directions of the season are demonstrated: design thinking aimed at convenience, durability and biocompatibility. According to the results of the collections studied, an authoritative jury awards the best samples a victory in the categories of the prestigious Interfabric Award.
The exhibition features expositions of specialized industry salons. International Salon of Accessories – the main participants of the salon are leading companies participating in the domestic and foreign markets of accessories. Among the visitors to the salon there are representatives of trade, clothing, ateliers, fashion houses, designers and clothing decorators.
International textile design salon “TextilePrintDesign” – participants, companies offering their services in the field of development and implementation of textile designs, software for creating, storing and presenting design collections, etc.
